Careers information

If you are considering a career in the FSS and are unsure whether your qualifications equate to the minimum requirements, you should contact the relevant awarding body in the first instance.

If you are looking at qualification routes and courses to assist in your application for employment within the FSS, you should in the first instance contact your local careers office, school, college or university.

Unfortunately, we cannot give careers advice, but listed below are a couple of the many websites that can give general careers advice. Further information can be found in the useful contacts/links section.

http://www.connexions-direct.com is especially aimed at 13 to 19-year-olds.

You can speak to connexions direct advisers by telephone, webchat, email or text message. They can offer confidential advice and practical help. They also have a courses and a jobs database.

Careers information can also be found on http://www.prospects.ac.uk which is a graduate careers website.
